JOB PURPOSE: Lead, enable and support Oxfam GB in the ongoing development and implementation of Oxfam’s Terrorism Financing and Financial crime Policy and associated general operating principles. Liaise with senior management in Oxfam GB and OI and matrix manage assigned participants in the Aid Diversion Working Group (ADWG) to introduce processes and control mechanisms in the UK (office) and in countries where Oxfam GB has Executing Affiliate responsibility, in order to ensure compliance in operations. In doing so, collaborate with Oxfam International and other Affiliates to contribute to further joint policy, strategy and structural development, ensuring that approaches are harmonised and resources are shared as much as possible to achieve the efficient and effective management of aid diversion risk.
