Overview
ASLM is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as the ASLM Membership Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ASLM memberships, including individual, corporate, associations, and council memberships. The primary focus will be on ensuring that members receive their associated benefits and on implementing effective strategies for recruiting new members. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, sales and communication skills, a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

African Society for Laboratory Medicine (ASLM) is a non-profit organization that aims to improve the quality of laboratory services in Africa. With a focus on strengthening laboratory systems and workforce, ASLM provides technical assistance, training, and advocacy for laboratory professionals across the continent. Since its founding in 2011, ASLM has played a key role in advancing laboratory medicine and diagnostics in Africa, collaborating with partners and stakeholders to promote disease diagnosis, surveillance, and control.
