Job Description
CPI is a government contractor that provides the U.S. Department of State access to specialized law enforcement, corrections, security, customs/border patrol, and Rule of Law expertise for international peacekeeping missions.
Civilian Police International LLC seeks an ADPM for the CJPS Palestine Authority Security Sector Transformation Program. The ADPM will be located at the PMO office in Jerusalem with travel required throughout the West Bank and to Jordan. The ADPM shall be responsible for the administrative oversight and coordination of all training activity in the West Bank and Jordan. In addition, he/she shall assist the DPM with contract management of all contracted services, personnel and property covered under this Task Order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and assist the PA to ensure all training courses are properly planned, delivered, and monitored to ensure that PASF students receive all US sponsored training.
- Coordinate with all supporting contractors and service providers.
- Conduct Training Familiarization for all WBTI MTT members.
- Advise and assist the PA to analyze and identify steps to improve the comprehension and quality of training delivered in the West Bank.
- Coordinate with the JIPTC MTT Lead to facilitate adoption of the Mobile Assessment Process (MAP) to WBTI activities.
- Develop comprehensive formal program evaluations to include After Action Reviews (AARs) and written reports as necessary utilizing available program metrics and reporting processes for training, student performance, facilities and logistics. Compiles the results of the evaluation for the USSC and INL. INL may request that such reports be shared with the PA.
- Organize, task, and manage MTT to conduct curriculum development, scheduling, and monitoring/advising instruction.
- Resolve issues identified by MTT in delivery of training.
- Supervises the development of lesson plans as required.
- Contribute expertise to help MTT members deliver/monitor curriculum with advanced presentation methodologies.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the areas of program management, training, international law enforcement and/or criminal justice assistance.
- Minimum Two (2) years’ experience related to training design, delivery and evaluation. Strongly prefer foreign experience in a high-risk Middle-Eastern locale.
- Minimum Two (2) years’ experience in a role of personnel management and supervision.
- Administrative oversight of project, personnel, and fiscal resources.
- Managing training teams.
- Curriculum development, review, and delivery.
- The ADPM shall be a US Citizen.
- The ADPM is required to have a Secret personnel security clearance issued by Defense Security Service (DSS).
- The ADPM may perform under an interim clearance.
