Strategic Agenda helps clients create the right content so that the right people do the right thing.
From global campaigns combating climate change to translating flagship UN reports, we deliver communications, content and capacity-building services to clients such as the United Nations, who are trying to make the world a better, safer and more equitable place.
We’re growing and are looking for an ambitious Bid Writer to help us manage, write and win bids.
So what will you actually be doing?
- Helping us identify and qualify things we should be bidding for
- Writing bids that are strong and impactful
- Project managing bids to ensure all requirements & timelines are met and processes are followed
- Managing our membership of tender and procurement portals to ensure they are up-to-date
- Maintaining and updating our library of bid materials and templates
- Creating reports on bids we’ve submitted
- Assisting our marketing team with lead generation/CRM Management
What do we need from you?
Must haves:
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Ability to write clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in office software (we use MS Office and Google suite)
- Attention to detail
- Super-organised and proactive, capable of working independently without guidance
- Mature and responsible
- Enthusiasm
Desirables:
- Experience of procurement in NGO/Charity/Public Sector organisations
- Experience of the International Development Sector
- Enterprising and entrepreneurial mindset
