Creative is seeking consultants based in Tajikistan to support a project currently at the proposal phase regarding developing a national parenting support framework and costed action plan to improve childhood outcomes in the country. Should Creative be selected to implement the project, we would work to develop a comprehensive National Parenting Framework and costed action plan that systematically integrates parenting support into the national health, education, and social protection systems. The ultimate goal of the framework is to promote nurturing care, strengthen family resilience, and enhance child development outcomes.
To this end, we are seeking mid-level and senior individuals with expertise in child development (health and educational), children’s nutrition, positive parenting, monitoring and evaluation, early childhood education, and/or child’s disability learning integration to submit their CVs for a consultancy opportunity. This is not a full-time position.
