DAI is currently accepting applications from local candidates for the following long-term positions on anticipated multi-year USAID-funded activities in Colombia. Academic degree in a relevant field, strong English language skills, and previous experience on donor-funded programs preferred. Positions are based in Bogota and may require travel throughout the country.
· HR Manager – Manage all human resources activities on the project in line with local labor law and according to DAI and USAID policies. Conduct staff recruitment, administer personnel actions, maintain personnel records and policies, and lead HR training, development, and employee engagement initiatives. At least 7 years of relevant experience required.
· Finance and Administration Manager – Establish project financial systems and manage project finances, ensuring compliance with DAI’s local tax regimen, DAI corporate policies and USAID rules and regulations. Analyze and manage cash flow, review cost documentation, establish and maintain finance files, and collaborate with internal and external finance and audit staff. Manage office operations including travel, logistics, facilities and maintenance, records management, and inventory. At least 5 years of relevant experience required.
· Procurement Specialist - Manage all project procurement of goods and services, guarantee timely delivery and quality assurance, develop and release solicitations, and conduct price, cost, and reasonability analyses to ensure best-value and operational excellence. Adhere to DAI and USAID policies, as well as integrity, fairness, and openness in procurement processes, while delivering the highest standards of team collaboration for deadline driven tasks. At least 5 years of relevant experience required.
· IT Specialist - Responsible for the IT needs of the project office and staff, including support to remote work installations, system installments, maintenance, and technical support. Oversee the development of manuals for network and workstation support when needed, recruit and supervise IT staff, and manage relationships with IT vendors and subcontractors. At least 4 years of relevant experience required.
· Accountant - Record costs, manage accounts receivable/payable and payroll, prepare financial reports and payroll, ensure adherence to DAI and USAID policy, complete all required cost documentation, and assist with internal and external audits. At least 3 years of relevant experience required.
· Administrative Assistant - Support all office administrative needs, project event planning, and petty cash needs. Arrange travel and maintain project files. At least 3 years of relevant experience required.
