Job Description

Abt Associates, a major American research, technical assistance, and international development company, seeks highly qualified technical specialists for the anticipated USAID-funded Active Communities- Effective States (ACES) program. The purpose of the program is to provide technical assistance and advisory services, training, and direct program implementation to support good governance, transparency, and accountability in host countries. This award is designed to foster greater accountability of institutions and leaders to citizens and to the law by strengthening linkages among government actors and enhancing state institutions accountability to citizens.

Minimum qualifications

  • University degree in political science, law, or a related field;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
  • Minimum of six years of professional experience in one or more of the technical areas outlined below;
