Palladium is seeking applications from experienced Funds Manager in Somalia for an upcoming opportunity.
The experiences sought include:
• Disbursement, management of grants and fiduciary risks
• Design of grant fund and development of develop grant making mechanisms
• Design and implement outreach strategies to attract applications, build the capacity of grantees, and incorporate lessons learnt through monitoring and evaluation studies and impact assessments.
• Design and management of calls for proposals, integrity of calls for proposals, ensuring Value for Money (VFM) in every payment made, linking payments to performance.
• Management of large-scale grant fund in a donor-funded programme
• Management of direct-invitation and open-competition grants application processes
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results on donor-funded programmes.
