Job Description

Call for Resumes: URC is looking for technical experts to support a project in Rwanda focused on Health Systems Strengthening, MNCH, FP, and malaria service delivery.

With specific focus on Rwanda and the East Africa region, please submit a resume highlighting experience with the following work areas:

• Health Systems Strengthening
• MNCH
• HIV/TB
• Laboratory Capacity
• Health Financing
• Universal Health Care
• M&E
• HRH/Capacity Development
• Quality Improvement
• Logistics/Supply Chain
• Knowledge Management

• Minimum 5 years work experience
• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD)
• Experience working with USAID or other international donors desirable
• Proven ability to lead teams in achieving results within the health sector
• Project experience at the national and provincial levels of the health system
• Oral and written proficiency in English (Kinyarwanda preferred)
