Design and implement infrastructure improvements, primarily farm-to-market roads and bridges to support alternative livelihoods activities to move the population out of poppy growing through jobs in agriculture, mining, contract farming, etc. Roads and bridges will significantly increase economic capacity for affected population. Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering required; 10 Years of international experience desired, rural roads and bridges experience required, and USAID experience highly preferred.
