Description

Deloitte’s Agribusiness practice is focused on providing macro-level technical expertise and project implementation management in the areas of food security and increasing efficiency in agricultural productions. The Chief of Party will serve as advisor on all matters relating to the development of agricultural production, micro, small and medium enterprises, and commercial value chains; Productive projects and agribusiness development local economic development local institution strengthening; Recruit, supervise and train all technical staff, including community-level teams, agricultural unions, provincial development managers and others as needed.



Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in food and agriculture sector, with specific exposure to agribusiness finance, marketing, operations, and general management;

  • Experience with business development;

  • Advanced degree in Agriculture, Economics or related field;

  • 10 years of Chief of Party experience;

  • Experience in Ethiopia or regional experience preferred.
