Proposal Summary:
USAID/Philippines intends to issue a five-year project that will help the mission effectively practice and lead collaborating, learning and adapting (CLA). The project will generate evidence from monitoring, evaluation and research related to the implementation of the mission’s Country Development Cooperation Strategy (2019-2024). The activity will integrate learning into mission staff culture, systems and processes. Rigorous meta-analysis and dissemination of lessons learned will be required to shed light on the U.S.-Philippines’ partnership and adaptive management requirements in the journey to self-reliance. This is an anticipated $25 million project scheduled to start in October 2019.
Position Summary:
The CLA Advisor is a senior member of the project team and serves as a lead for tasks in areas that include as synthesis of learning information, convening workgroups to review lessons and results from monitoring and analytic activities, and working with USAID and partners to identify data needs and share lessons related to the achievement of program objectives.
