NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
The United Kingdom Department for International Development’s Support to Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Programme, Odisha, December 2012–March 2016, has been implemented by the Technical and Management Support Team (TMST) since December 2012. TMST is comprised of the joint lead agencies, IPE Global (P) Ltd. and Options Consultancy Services, with partner CARE India.
IPE Global, Options and CARE on behalf of the DFID supported WASH – TMST, now invites RFP from eligible organizations for the following assignment:
CONCURRENT MONITORING OF HEALTH, NUTRITION, WATER, SANITATION AND HYGIENE SERVICES WITH NESTED PLA EVALUATION, ODISHA
The proposal should be submitted as per the format prescribed in the “Request for Proposal Bid”. The Propsal should be submitted by 1500 hours on June 20, 2015 to Procurement Manager, WASH – TMST, Behind Capital Hospital, First Floor of NVBDCP Office, Unit VI, Bhubaneswar, Odisha – 751001, in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with “RFP (Name of Assignment)”.
A Pre-Bid meeting is also proposed for June 08, 2015 at 11:30 AM. Detailed Terms of Reference for the assignment is available on the website www.ipeglobal.com/tender.
