Description of Role
The purpose and objective of the assignment is to complete the costing and investment case development for the Boma Health Initiative (BHI) as well to finalize the community data collection tools. It is hoped that the outputs of this consultancy will make a compelling argument for investing resources in the BHI and persuade key stakeholders and donors of the public health benefits of the BHI. The results will include a comprehensive analysis of the total program costs, required financing, and funding gaps, and finalized community data collection tools linked to HMIS, which will support the government of South Sudan for scale-up of the national Boma Health Initiative.
