Ipas is developing a fundraising strategy
for Asia to drive regional growth and we intend to do this in two phases. The
phases are:
· Phase 1: April – June 2025: Gather information
and lay the groundwork for Phase 2. This RFP is for implementing Phase 1.
· Phase 2: July – September 2025: Lead a team of
internal and external stakeholders to develop the regional fundraising for
Asia.
For Phase1, we are seeking a skilled consultant/consulting firm with extensive
experience in fundraising for Asia-based programs to conduct a funding
environment assessment for Ipas in Asia. Ipas has programs in Bangladesh,
India, Indonesia, Nepal, and Pakistan. Competitive consultants will have
expertise in international fundraising and have extensive knowledge of donors
(including nontraditional donors for Ipas) who support projects in Asia and projects
focused on SRHR, gender, human rights, reproductive justice, global health, and
other intersectional areas (ex: climate, humanitarian, workforce health, and keeping girls in school).
Ipas is a global network with offices in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the United
States working to advance comprehensive sexual and reproductive health and
rights (SRHR), particularly access to abortion and contraception. We believe
that SRHR are essential components of just, resilient, and sustainable health
systems and communities.
