Job Description

McKinsey is looking for external consultant to join our team and support the government of Sierra Leone on their Ebola recovery plan. We are looking for appropriate CVs as soon as possible, so please apply immediately if your profile matches the requirements.

The work will be based in Sierra Leone, starting asap and going for around 3 months. The team is responsible for driving delivery, problem solving, monitoring results and supporting the government in implementation. We are looking for someone to work on implementation phase.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Africa (or other developing countries), a passion for international development, consulting experience with a major firm (1-3 years), and deep expertise in the area of private sector recovery (especially in agricultural and rural development, SME supports, public works programs, etc.)

We are looking for the expert in private sector who will liaise with the central government level or across district governments. Field experience and savvy are paramount, especially the ability to work well with stakeholders at various levels.
