WFD is looking for international
expert(s) with demonstrated expertise in governance reform, parliamentary
strengthening, and stakeholder engagement – to support with WFD’s post-election
parliamentary scoping mission in Bangladesh March-April 2026.
WFD is commissioning a post-election parliamentary scoping
mission to analyse the emerging parliamentary and political landscape and to
inform the design of a future multi-year parliamentary support programme.
The assignment will combine politically informed analysis
with practical programme design thinking, grounded in Bangladesh’s
institutional and political realities.
The core outputs of this scoping mission will be:
