As part of the continuing technical assistance which Crown Agents provides we are seeking to identify suitably qualified Public Sector Reform Experts who meet the general requirements below and have expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Civil service reform; leadership development; education; health systems; change management; workforce planning; HRM (particularly in the education and health sectors); payroll management and reform; performance management; communications: monitoring and evaluation (M&E); procurement.
