Job Description
Job Purpose
Manage backend for fundraising, including fundraising database and donor care activity with an objective to maintain a solid base of donors for sustainable growth of MSF India. Assist fundraising manager for in depth analysis of trends based on donor database of MSF India with an objective to improve effectiveness of fundraising activities.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills - Graduate in any discipline
Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)-
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a related position in development industry (non-profits).
- Strong computer literacy, including ability to use word-processing, spreadsheet
- Must have expertise in working on a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and processing payments through a database
- Ability to present and articulate data, findings and solutions
