JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Content Coordinator is a passionate digital storyteller responsible for helping tell CARE’s brand story and driving supporter engagement across digital media. This role supports content ideation and creation for CARE’s social media channels, including advocacy; contributes to the data-driven editorial calendar, supports CARE’s online supporter community, including the website, and executes rapid-response strategies to reach key audiences and meet organizational goals.
The coordinator also helps fulfill CARE’s social media commitments to donors, corporate partners, advocates, and peer organizations, while supporting influencer engagement and the growth of new platforms. Working closely with CARE’s U.S. marketing, creative, and content teams, this role contributes to integrated campaigns, global activations, paid content, and media partnerships, ensuring visual and messaging consistency across channels.
The ultimate goal of this position is to deliver a best-in-class experience for CARE’s digital audience and grow both reach and engagement.
