Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and ensure timely provision of administrative and financial support and operation of Project logistics.
  • Supervise the administration of the Project’s inventory.
  • Oversee public communication of Project.
  • Coordinate work program execution, including effective administrative and logistical support of field activities.
  • Supervise and ensure compliance with recruitment and personnel management procedures.
  • Provide overall support.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
  • 5-7 years’ experience working in a business environment with demonstrated operational experience and high level of responsibility and integrity
  • Knowledge and/or experience with public health programs in developing countries is desirable
  • Proven track record successfully supervising several staff
  • Demonstrated ability to work in teams
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, particularly as related to report development
  • Willingness to travel in-country
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, with excellent MS Word and Excel skills
