The Director of Finance leads the finance unit and has overall responsibility for the strategic and day to day management of the compact’s budget and ensuring the health of the compact financial management through the life of the compact. In addition, this individual is responsible for supervising staff, managing the Fiscal Agent contractor in accordance with the Fiscal Agent Agreement, and support services in accounting, budget management, grants and disbursements, as well as overall financial control of the MCA-Sierra Leone office.
