Support tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across multiple projects through Excel and other reporting tools.
Document operational processes and support the implementation of streamlined processes where applicable.
Maintain and update shared files, resources, and program documents to ensure all program staff have access to the latest versions of materials.
Support the preparation of internal and client presentations, reports, and other key deliverables across multiple projects.
Liaise with the IT Delivery team to coordinate, track, and resolve action items in an accurate and timely manner.
Coordinate with Program Managers and IT Business Analysts to create and review IT Delivery tickets in JIRA.
Ensure there is consistent and proper communication between the program and IT teams.
Follow up on tickets and communicate status updates to all teams.
Assist in testing IT Delivery tickets to ensure all requirements are met before deploying.
Lead weekly meetings with IT Business Analysts and program teams to review ticket statuses.
Troubleshoot IT Delivery requests when able, such as addressing quick fixes in Sightline Tracking.
Update program correspondence workflows in Sightline Tracking and correct issues when flagged.
Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to division leadership as needed.
What We Need You to Have (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Environmental Science, or Economics or related subject (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
1+ year(s) of professional experience within energy, operational support, data analysis and/or related experience
What We Would Like You to Have (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge of the utility and energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets
Experience working with internal IT teams
Project management and coordination experience
Professional Skills You Will Use:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and exercise independent judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
Experience using Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is: $55,388.00 – $94,160.00
