Ethiopia – Developing Standard Bidding Documents
As part of a proposal to develop standard bidding documents for the Government of Ethiopia, we are seeking to identify a suitably qualified professional for a short-term assignment in Ethiopia. The individual must be available from July 2004 and meet the following criteria:
- Thorough knowledge of public procurement rules and processes - Knowledge of the public procurement system in Ethiopia - Ability to work in both English and Amharic and to translate procurement documents from English to Amharic - Degree/professional procurement qualification and/or experience of conducting public sector or donor funded procurement
