Position Description
The Finance and Contracts Manager supports LINC’s finance, budgeting, costing/pricing, and contracts management functions across LINC’s portfolio of USAID and other donor-funded portfolio of worldwide contracts. Corporate and project responsibilities include drafting and routine updating of project budgets and expenditures, monthly financial reporting, contract drafting, review and modifications. The position will provide support to business development, specifically in reviewing solicitations, costing/pricing for proposals, and drafting of proposal budgets and notes.
The successful candidate should have background and experience in US government/USAID contracts and compliance, corporate and project budgeting, FAR compliance, new business pricing and proposals, and basic financial reporting skills. Reporting to the COO and gaining exposure across program management and business development functions, the position offers strong opportunities for growth.
The Finance and Contracts Manager should be able to travel as needed (approximately 10%), contingent upon in-country health conditions and travel restrictions.
The Finance and Contracts Manager will support, and potentially lead, activity teams as delegated by the COO. They will report to the COO.
