CHF International is seeking a Global HR Specialist to work in our headquarters offices in Silver Spring, MD. The Global HR Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive HR Support in the areas of:
- Compliance
- Employee Relations
- Classification and Compensation
- HR Field Operations
CHF International’s objective is to continually improve the quality of its HR policies, procedures and operations for HQ, International and Local employees. The Global HR Specialist will be a major contributor to the success of meeting these goals.
The position does require US work authorization and the ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in HR Management or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in progressively responsible HR position
- HR experience with an international development organization
- Prior HR international development field experience preferred
- 2+ years of employee relations, compliance, and compensation experience
- Fluency in English; second language preferred
