Job Description

The main responsibilities of the Customer Service/Global Membership Support Associate will focus on, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Ensuring the highest quality of customer relations service to members and users by providing adequate and timely response to phone, email, and live chat inquiries, requests for assistance and/or general information about Devex’s products and services. May also perform call-outs to members when necessary.
  • Coordinating with Technical Support Analysts (TSA) for evaluation and resolution of technical and other service-related issues.
  • Work closely with TSAs and IT Team for escalation process should the need arise.
  • Analyze weekly technical support issue reports for discussion with IT Team and Senior Management.
  • Promote improvement and efficiency for internal processes especially dealing with IT-related tasks.
  • Manage and utilize specific project management tools.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent;
  • Excellent in communication skills, in particular telephone skills and a strong command of the English language;
  • Call Center experience will be an advantage;
  • Excellent skills in common office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Web Navigation, etc.);
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, a good team player, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • At least 3 years work-related experience in a service-oriented environment with emphasis on customer relations;
  • Highly-organized with good planning skills;
  • Diligent, can do multi-tasking and flexible;
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge IT is a plus;
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City and on a night shift schedule
