The Growth Associate is responsible for helping the Growth team in finding target accounts, developing a robust pipeline and maximizing revenue by supporting Growth Executives in closing key deals. The Growth Associate will work alongside BroadReach’s global Health Development & Health Technologies teams to facilitate and direct good business decision making through research, analysis, and support for the operational processes that will enable Broadreach Group to thrive.
Key Accountabilities
· Track the global Health Development & Health Technologies landscape in order to identify business development opportunities
· Research organizations and individuals online to identify new customers and markets
· Perform ongoing analyses such as landscape, SWOT, customer need, or competitor capability analyses in order to inform win themes and competitive approaches
· Provide insights to Growth Executives by continuously researching and analyzing customers’ business context, operations and financial performance
· Support Growth Executives to meet and exceed assigned revenue quotas by helping with regular operational needs
· Maintain and update the Sales pipeline in Dynamics 365
· Maintain a proficient knowledge of products, services and capabilities across the organization to ensure relevant and informed business interactions
· Work closely with the New Business Director of Health Development, VP of Health Technologies Sales, Director of Strategic Growth Initiatives, Growth Executives, and Client Delivery teams
Qualifications
Essential qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, International Relations, Business Management, Technology or related field
Desirable qualifications
· Post-graduate degree in Public Health, International Relations, Business Management, Technology or related field
Experience & Skills
· Minimum of 3 - 5 years in a sales/business development environment, preferably in international development or public health
· Familiarity in the public health space, preferably with USAID, CDC or Global Fund programs, and with an interest in health technology
· Understanding and exposure to how data analytics or decision support technologies propel public health development would be advantageous
· Exposure to supporting multiple streams of work and managers would be desirable
· Ability to express ideas through clear and effective writing, in order to support professional and impactful communication internally within BroadReach
· Ability to build professional working relationships with stakeholders, displaying sound abilities to listen, advise, influence, negotiate and present
· Takes ownership and accountability of the role, working independently to find new projects or initiatives that will enable the business to meet its objectives
