The Louis Berger Group, a leading engineering and international development firm, is seeking a Head of Communications Unit for a USAID sponsored coca eradication project in Peru. This individual will manage all communications activities implemented by the Contractor and will participate in the development of an overall alternative development communications strategy.
As this project is based in Peru, candidates are required to be Peruvian nationals and be fluent in English and Spanish.
Additional Requirements: -A masters degree (or equivalent) in communications, social marketing, or related field. -A minimum of six years designing and implementing communications programs/components in wide scope development programs -Experience working with mass and local media, national and regional networks that include government and civil society institutions, public relations, and social marketing
