We seek to recruit a Head of Development Donor Partnerships who will lead a team of donor account professional managing our key relationships with DFID, the European Commission, as well as a range of bilateral and multilateral institutions. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving our global development funding strategy, ensuring the highest level of donor engagement while establishing new ways of working, seeking continuous improvements, and providing hands-on leadership in creating and qualifying new business opportunities that will result in greater income, more programme impact, and more influential partnerships with institutional donors.
Oxfam GB’s Programme Funding & Partnerships (PFP) team has a strong global track record of successfully supporting the development of high quality programme funding proposals, generating and supporting restricted donor programme income of more than £250m/year from leading institutional Donors (bilateral and multilateral), trust and foundations. Our Donor Partnerships Team is responsible for leading and coordinating all OGB’s donor engagement, partnership building and resource mobilisation across our humanitarian, development and campaigning programmes.
