Job Description

The objective of the Human Resources Intern position is to welcome highly motivated and goal-oriented candidates to explore a wider range of practical experiences within an international humanitarian organization. Specifically, the intern will be globally engaged in learning. The intern position is based in Ouagadougou.

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

  1. Ensure compliance with NRC policies, tools, manuals and guidelines;
  2. Implement delegated tasks according to the work and development plan;
  3. Update personnel files at the request of the Human Resources Coordinator;
  4. Promote and share ideas to improve the Human Resources management system.

Specific responsibilities

  1. Assist with physical and electronic archiving and updating of personnel files;
  2. Assist in declarations, incorporations and staff exits to the CNSS and insurance;
  3. Assist in the incorporation and withdrawal of insurance staff;
  4. Support for the signing of timesheets and pay slips;
  5. Provide support during recruitment processes;
  6. Carry out any other related tasks assigned to him.
Qualifications

Professional skills

  1. Minimum of a BAC+2 in Administration, Human Resources Management, Social Sciences and other related fields;
  2. At least 3 months of experience in human resources management is a plus;
  3. Knowledge of current labor legislation;
  4. Proficiency in computer tools.
