Overview
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our People & Operations team. This role is crucial in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall organizational strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, a passion for fostering a positive working environment, and the ability to bridge management and employee relations effectively.
What You’ll Do:
- HR Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure that HR practices support the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process that attracts top talent.
- Human Capital Management:
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Implement programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- HR Systems and Procedures:
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and effectively communicated to all employees.
- Positive Working Environment:
- Nurturing a positive working environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and well-being.
- Implement and maintain employee wellness programs and initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them achieve their full potential.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Maintain the pay plan and benefits program alongside the Senior Payroll and Benefits Associate, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Regularly review and update compensation and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
- Training and Development:
- Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that training programs are effective and aligned with organizational goals.
- Employee Relations:
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Facilitate open communication and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Legal Compliance:
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure that the organization adheres to them.

Bonus Points For:
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP certification
- Familiarity with Lattice
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now

- $95,000 salary
