Overview

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our People & Operations team. This role is crucial in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our overall organizational strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, a passion for fostering a positive working environment, and the ability to bridge management and employee relations effectively.

What You’ll Do:
  • HR Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
    • Ensure that HR practices support the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Recruitment and Selection:
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
    • Ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process that attracts top talent.
  • Human Capital Management:
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
    • Implement programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • HR Systems and Procedures:
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
    • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and effectively communicated to all employees.
  • Positive Working Environment:
    • Nurturing a positive working environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and well-being.
    • Implement and maintain employee wellness programs and initiatives.
  • Performance Management:
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Maintain the pay plan and benefits program alongside the Senior Payroll and Benefits Associate, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
    • Regularly review and update compensation and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
  • Training and Development:
    • Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Ensure that training programs are effective and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
    • Facilitate open communication and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Legal Compliance:
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
    • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure that the organization adheres to them.
