About the role
Reporting to ESIP’s Director of Operations, the Human Resources Officer will assist with recruitment and induction processes and support international advisers and locally engaged staff. The Human Resource Officer will also support the management of HR systems and records.

About you
You will possess previous experience in recruitment support and assistance. You will also possess the ability to multi-task, write reports, and you will be a team player. Completion of a relevant degree or diploma is desirable.

Remuneration
This position is open to PNG nationals and permanent residents with the authority to live and work in PNG. A competitive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate, in line with local labour standards
