JOB PURPOSE:
To be responsible for the overall management of the Programme Support Executives to enable effective and efficient programme support. Overseeing contract and project management systems for restricted contracts for the division by providing effective and reliable support. Supporting division to ensure that they follow process and procedure and meet organisational compliance requirement. Support the team to ensure they provide coordination and monitoring; financial coordination involving recharges; coordinate financial assistance to our contracts and projects; and ensure that all users within the division are able to access the systems training and support ongoing capacity building.
DIMENSIONS OF THE ROLE

• Collate information from a wide range of well-defined sources; analyses data and provide monthly reporting.
• Draws from a variety of information sources to resolving complex problems.
• Drive and support the development of improvements to the department’s services, resources, procedures, and systems.
• Management of significant processes, relationships and a team dynamic; forging collaborative relationship across the division and organisation.
• Working in collaboration with International Ops Division, Finance, and with the Engagement division to improve to across divisions communicates and collaboration
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Nurture and grow a values-led and diverse team, ensuring that every individual plays a role in delivering Oxfam’s (OGB) strategy, vision, and cultural aspirations. This includes developing individual and team capabilities through pro-active performance management and supporting OGB to attract, motivate and grow our staff.
• Support with developing, collecting, analysing, and disseminating key metrics to help Oxfam GB understand the impact and performance of the Impact Division and ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are maintained to support the division to achieve 85% at all times.
• Maintain and manage efficient and effective administrative, business systems and processes to support good programmes management, specifically linked to OPAL and CRIMSON. Ensure we as a division are always compliant.
• Work closely with CRIMSON AND OPAL systems team to support system changes as part of system improvement plan ensuring this supports the changing environment of the wider confederation.
• Coordinate and providing light project management and administrative support on specific projects within the division.
• Work with Programme Manager within International Operations to understand the needs of into Multi Country Programmes and provide support when needed.
• Work with Finance to ensure all projects have financial support to support good management practices.
• Work with our Finance Business Partner to ensure we have a well-maintained cost recovery system linked to staff workforce planning
• Create opportunities for support staff to learn new skills; enabling cross-train responsibilities across the division by coordination and intentionality linking it to staff development.
