Job Description

Assignment Title: Selection of Contract Management Consultant as an Individual Consultant under SSPDS

Credit No.: IDA / 7229-PK

The Government of Sindh (herein after called Borrower) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the Association) in the form of a credit (hereinafter called credit) towards the cost of strengthening social protection system in the Sindh Province.

The Project Director, Project Management & Implementation Unit, Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System in Sindh and it is intended to apply part of the proceeds of this credit for payments to the following Individual Consultant on contract basis to be procured under this project

Qualification

•16 years of education in Public or Business Administration, Engineering or Commerce or Contract Law or Project Management or any related field from a reputed local or foreign university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

•Degree in Procurement/ Contract- Management/ Supply Chain Management shall be accorded due weightage.

Experience & Skills

  • At least 08 years of experience in contract management, in assignments comparable to ones stated in these TOR.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, procurement regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools will be required.
