Purpose
Able Child Africa are now seeking an experienced inclusive education consultant to work in collaboration with us to draw on this organisational experience, review our work and draw on project learnings to clearly articulate a theory of change which will detail Able Child Africa’s approach to inclusive education alongside a toolkit which will include a comprehensive and streamlined catalogue of all of the inclusive education tools which we have created and utilised over the past few years.
Our intention is that this work will be published to enable other organisations and individuals in the sector to draw on our experience as inclusive education experts and utilise the tools to deliver high quality inclusive education programmes.
Objectives

• To develop a theory of change or similar model which details Able Child Africa’s approach and a ‘how to’ of inclusive education programming. This would likely be a two-page document with a one-page visual representation.
• To conduct a thorough review of all tools created by Able Child Africa which have been used in our inclusive education projects.
• To go over each tool to ensure it is fit for purpose and updated, ensuring that all tools are presented in a uniform way.
• To streamline and consolidate all these tools into one comprehensive toolkit.
