The main objective of the consultancy is a brand and packaging development for a high protein content powder and a meal replacement powder with anti-inflammatory and relaxing properties
The consultant will be responsible for the following objectives:
1. To develop a brand name for the two products
2. To develop a visual brand identity - manual according to international trends and insights.
3. Packaging design for the two powdered drinks, each with three different flavors
4. To design a landing page for the developed brand
5. Brand registration in the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce in Colombia
DELIVERABLES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULEThis consultancy will be carried out in five (5) main outputs:
1.Workplan:
A complete work plan based, and detailed methodological approach must be prepared by the consultant. It must include at least : Methodology, approaches, phases, deadlines, list of activities to develop and detailed schedule.
2. Naming and manual - visual brand identity:
2.1. Propose various alternative names for the powdered beverage brand, considering the values, principles, identity and distinguishing characteristics of the products.
2.2. Create the visual Brand identity – manual considering the next characteristics:
a) Development of the logo
b) Development of the brand concept
c) Development of the construction of the logo
d) Development of colors and their applications
e) Development of brand fonts
f) Development of minimum logo sizes
g) Development of characters illustrations of the brand
g) Safety zones
h) Development of co-existence with other brands
i) Logo variations
j) Uses on images
k) Graphic elements
l) Applications of the logo in merchandising and digital pieces
m) Incorrect uses of the brand
It´s expected a document with complete brand manual containing: Brand name, logo, brand concept, structure of the logo, colors and their applications, fonts, minimum sizes of the logo, safety zones, coexistence with other brands, variants of the logo, applications on images, graphic elements, applications on graphic elements, incorrect uses. It must include an annex with the electronic editable designs along with the designs in .png, .jpg, .psd, pdf formats
3. Packaging development
Packaging development should include at least the next steps:
a) Create a short description of the trends according to the values you want to convey with the packaging.
b) Create a mechanical drawing of the packaging.
c) Create 2 graphic proposals in the form of a mock-up so that the client can visualize the final packaging and make the appropriate adjustments.
d) Finalize graphics after review and approval; final graphics will be delivered in high resolution PDF format, with supporting JPGs to guide how the product should look
e) Search for suppliers: The Consultant must deliver a PowerPoint presentation with 2 graphic proposals in a mockup, applied to the 3 flavors of the 2 products. Digital mockups, mechanical drawing, editable file in Illustrator, .jpg, png and pdf of the packaging design. The consultant will deliver a document with 3 packaging proposals from different suppliers in Colombia
4. Landing Page
Development of a landing page in wordpress with objective to show de DNA brand and the value propostions of the products developed and collect data from potential costumers such as name, email and phone number.
Here is expected to receive a Landing website online in WordPress.
5. Trademark Registration:
Register the trademark in 2 different Niza classes with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce of Colombian government. The deliverable must include a report of the trademark registration, including a receipt of payment and submission of trademark registration
