Scope of Work:
DevTech is seeking a full-time ICT Advisor for the upcoming USAID’s Pakistan Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Revenue Mobilization (KPRM) Activity project. The ICT Advisor will help the KP Revenue Provincial Authority (KPRA) and KP Ministry of Finance (MOF) develop an ICT revenue platform needs requirements assessment, conduct regular business ICT process analysis and conduct regular and re-engineering of KP’s revenue database and ICT tools and will be responsible for advising on procurements. The ICT Advisor will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of ICT systems by local firms and entities in KP. The Advisor will be expected to set up ICT systems (e.g. a back-end system that will help link people and businesses to the taxpayer database.) This position will also be responsible for advising on any/all ICT-related procurements throughout the project. In addition, the ICT Advisor will be in charge of oversee database management, liaise with technology-related stakeholders and produce/ing and adapting the management information system (MIS) for project related monitoring and evaluation.
