Job Description

MAIN JOB PURPOSE

  • To assist inspections business’s backend ‘support activities.
  • Help establish the organization as a prompt delivery partner in the QAIS business.
  • Keep updated most of the mandatory compliance’s and records.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

Assist with Inspection reports.

  • Follow-up with inspectors or inspection agencies for supporting documents to help prepare the respective report on time.
  • Reconciliation and updating the global tracker regularly against assigned inspections.
  • To gradually develop report making ability and prepare complete Inspection report once all inspection related documents are received from the visiting inspector.
  • Diligently saving prepared reports and their consolidation against individual accounts for future references.

Assist to comply with financial tasks

  • Update accounts receivable and invoices distribution to respective clients.
  • Monitor accounts payable. Check inspectors and other suppliers’ payments.
  • Able to prepare cash flow predictions and fund outgo demands.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing process.

Coordination and scheduling the inspections – an assistant’s role

  • Respond over email/phone briefing clients and inspectors once an assignment is confirmed.
  • Co-ordinate with inspector during inspection on sudden issues, if any.
  • Provide necessary updates to the clients (whenever required) promptly.
  • Where applicable, the Job Holder shall:

undertake all procurement in compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) in accordance with the provisions of our Wholesale Distribution Authorisation (Human) (WDA (H)) issued by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and our United Kingdom Controlled Drug Licence issued by the Home Office ·

Ensure that all procurement is carried out using the relevant corporate IT system(s) in operation

Requirements

  • Graduate.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi. Additional language proficiency welcome.
  • Min 5 years working experience in a reputed organization.
