Job Description

Your main responsibilities:
  • research into foundations with an emphasis on the work of the French-speaking headquarters in Switzerland;
  • updating and maintenance of the address database;
  • writing and proofreading of demanding documents (project proposals, reports, etc.);
  • writing copy for the team website, newsletters and cover letters;
  • support for acquiring and maintaining relationships;
  • support for fundraising from foundations for EPER’s work abroad.
Your strengths and skills:
  • studies at university or at a specialized college or equivalent training (in progress or completed);
  • excellent writing skills;
  • experience in project management an asset, comfortable with figures;
  • very good level of written and spoken French and good level of German and English;
  • proficiency in all common MS Office programs;
  • precise, efficient and independent work.
