Job Description

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) has been entrusted with the implementation of an EU funded programme in South East Asia and it is currently looking for services providers to reinforce the project management team which, in close cooperation with national and regional institutions and the EU Delegations (trade sector), will implement activities organised around the following clusters

  • Provide effective support to FTA negotiations
  • Provide support to IP Dialogues
  • Support the implementation of FTAs
  • Enhance the capacity of IP authorities
  • Assist in the setting up/improvement of IPR registration practices and tools
  • Raise awareness on IP protection and enforcement

EUIPO is looking for two activity coordinators (for 880 working/days each), with a strong background in IP, to reinforce the On-site action’s management team in Bangkok.

The candidates should be able to work in English, have experience in Intellectual Property Rights and knowledge of the stakeholders in South East Asia, they should also have previous experience in the implementation of international cooperation projects and professional experience related to the organisation of activities and/or events.
