Job Description

We’re looking for an MBA student to join us for an internship this summer and/or fall. Ideally you could join us part-time from June through December. You’ll work with a team to help build a new service offering at Arabella, including business development, market analysis, development of internal and external materials, trainings, strategy, pipeline and revenue tracking, product evolution and implementation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in areas such as business strategy, client service, business development and systems design and implementation, all while working in an impact oriented, professional services environment. Internship Overview
  • Time Commitment: A Summer internship requires a part-time commitment of 20 to 25 hours per week.
  • Internship Duration: Part-time internships are a four-to-six month period and are expected to start June 2022
  • Stipend/Compensation: $20/hour
Essential Responsibilities
  • Support the development of internal and external materials, including trainings for our teams and marketing materials for prospective clients
  • Support strategy by conducting and compiling internal and external research on new and existing segments, services and geographies
  • Analyze, track, and help communicate internally the philanthropic landscape we operate in – such as new entrants and potential competitors and partners
  • Research trends – such as the use of new philanthropic vehicles – in the social change sector
To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Need:
  • At minimum two years of work experience preferred
  • Excellent research and analysis skills
  • A strong interest in philanthropy
  • Strong data visualization and communication skills
  • Team-oriented, professional, with a positive attitude and sense of humor
  • An ability to be resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint
