Job Description

You can begin your internship with us from 01.08.2025. You will be working at our headquarters in Bonn Bad Godesberg. The duration and working hours of mandatory internships are based on the respective study regulations and can therefore be either full-time or part-time. Voluntary internships are limited to a maximum of three months, and the working hours are 20 hours per week in order to support continued qualification within the framework of your ongoing studies.

As an intern in People & Organizational Development, you will contribute to the further development of Welthungerhilfe’s global learning and training offerings. During your internship, you will gain deep insights into global personnel and organizational development as well as an understanding of the diverse fields of activity within one of Germany’s largest aid organizations. Together with your team, you will make a significant contribution to positioning Welthungerhilfe for the future.

Your responsibilities

Support and collaboration on the following topics:

  • Creating a global training guideline
  • Design and usability optimization of the learning platform
  • Data analysis and visualization in the field of People & Organizational Development
  • Supporting the employee dialogue and management feedback processes
  • Daily planning and organization of workshops and training sessions

Your profile

You are the perfect fit for our team if you:

  • Are an enrolled student, ideally in education or social sciences, psychology, or business administration.
  • Have an interest in digital learning and online learning platforms.
  • Are highly skilled in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bring knowledge in personnel and organizational development.
  • Are a communicative, cooperative personality who enjoys working in a team.
  • Count organizational skills, independent work, and a strong sense of responsibility among your strengths.
  • Bring humor and reliability to the workplace.
  • You have excellent German and English skills. Additionally, a good knowledge of French would be an asset.
