Main purpose of job:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and fast-learning Intern to join and support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks based at the British Ambassador’s Residence and working with the Head of Protocol of the Residence, providing high standards of customer service to the British Ambassador.
This is a great opportunity for somebody early in their career to get an insight into, and experience of, a wide range of administrative, protocol and management tasks in an international environment, and working directly in the British Ambassador’s team.

Roles and responsibilities:
The Protocol Intern will work with the Head of Protocol, helping with a wide variety of tasks and projects and getting experience of the range of administrative and corporate support. The position requires to work closely with the British Ambassador.

This is a varied role, with the opportunity to get experience in an unusually broad mix of areas of administrative support in a high-profile diplomatic setting working directly with the British Ambassador. An excellent suite of online training is available and the job-holder is expected to commit to personal learning and development as part of the role.
The Embassy’s working language is English.
