What do you do as a software developer graduate?
Antea Group is building the engineering firm of the future. This means that we are fully committed to the digitalization of our products, processes and services. And we can use your skills well for that. As a software graduate, you will work within a start-up environment on innovative applications that we want to launch on the market. You will do this throughout the entire development process: from designing and coding to testing and implementing. Within an agile (scrum) team in an Azure DevOps environment, you will help write software with high usability, taking into account security, performance and scalability. You will use various programming languages and development frameworks to translate functional specifications and user requirements into solutions. You will regularly perform updates and patches to improve security and functionality. You will also perform code reviews and check programming work (4-eye principle).

Who do you work with?
You will be working in a start-up environment. Here you will make an important contribution to the development of innovative software solutions. You will also collaborate and brainstorm with your colleagues from our national developer community and our central innovation team. These are enterprising and driven colleagues who shape our digital strategic goals together. In addition, you will spend a lot of time with our domain experts: consultants and project leaders from various business lines.
