Im Auftrag des Bundesministeriums für Umwelt, Klimaschutz, Naturschutz und nukleare Sicherheit (BMUKN) setzt sich der International PtX Hub für den weltweiten Durchbruch von nachhaltig produzierten synthetischen Kraft- und Rohstoffen sowie Plattformchemikalien (PtX Produkten) auf Basis erneuerbarer Energien ein. Das Ziel dabei ist, die Rahmenbedingungen für die Produktion in Schwellen- und Entwicklungsländern nachhaltig zu gestalten, die Finanzierung sicherzustellen, internationale Netzwerke und Partnerschaften aufzubauen, Wissen zu generieren und Länder- und Marktpotenziale zu erkunden.
Im Rahmen des Capacity Development Programms führt der PtX Hub in Fokus- und Partnerländern dabei weltweit Trainingsmaßnahmen durch.
Ihre Aufgaben
Im Rahmen des Praktikums üben Sie folgende Aufgaben aus:
Sie wirken bei dem Erstellen von Präsentationen, Flyern und Wissensprodukten (z.B. Trainingsmodule, e-Learning) rund um das Thema erneuerbare PtX Produkte mit.
Sie unterstützen die Berater*innen bei Organisation von online, hybriden und präsenziellen Trainings weltweit.
Sie unterstützen des Community Management auf der Lernplattform für Lernende, Trainer und Alumni.
Sie recherchieren und analysieren eigenständig Themen wie internationale politische, technische und regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen und regionale Potentiale für die Erzeugung von Power-to-X Produkten.
Sie tragen mit organisatorischen Aufgaben aktiv dazu bei, dass interne und externe Workshops und andere Veranstaltungen erfolgreich durchgeführt werden.
Unter Anleitung der Berater*innen erstellen und pflegen Sie Datenbanken z. B. zu Copyrights, Fachliteratur.
Ihr Profilerforderliche Kriterien
Hochschulstudium im Bereich Erwachsenenbildung oder Energie, Umwelt, Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftspädagogik oder sonstigen einschlägigen Fachbereichen, idealerweise im Master
Ausgeprägte schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit, analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Freude an detailorientiertem Arbeiten und gute Organisations- sowie Planungsfähigkeiten
Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse fließend in Wort und Schrift
Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel, Word, PowerPoint und Teams)
Gute Selbstorganisation, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität sowie Proaktivität
wünschenswerte Kriterien
Erste Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Lehrmaterialien
Fachliche Kenntnis bezüglich Power-to-X Produkten, inkl. Wasserstoff und dessen Herstellungspfade
Französisch, Spanisch oder andere relevante Sprachenkenntnisse
Erfahrung mit Moodle, H5P und/oder HTML-Kenntnisse

Most of our activities are commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
