International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI), a US based international development consulting company, is seeking an Evaluator with experience in private sector development for a Monitoring and Evaluation project in Iraq. This USAID contract, which is currently being implemented, provides monitoring and evaluation services of the USAID portfolio of activities in Iraq. A start date for this assignment is planned for early- to mid-September in the Washington DC area followed by 4 weeks in Iraq before returning to the US to complete the report preparation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 20+ years experience with private sector development programs. - Extensive participation on donor funded projects, preferably for USAID. - Familiarity with a wide range of private sector development activities, especially bank guarantees, microfinance, business association development. - Possess a comparative perspective of similar projects in other countries. - Track record of successful small team leadership. - Must have demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Must be in good health. - Must be willing to work in Iraq and travel outside the International Zone (Green Zone).
