Objective of the Programme:
DAI is bidding for a DFID donor-funded programme in Rwanda focusing on improving collaboration and working relations between civil society organisations (CSOs) and government to strengthen the promotion of human rights, good governance, social cohesion and reconciliation, and public accountability.
Scope of Work:
The Knowledge Management and Communications Advisor will be responsible for the learning, knowledge management and communication component of the Rwanda Multi Donor Civil Society Support Programme. S/he will oversee the development and implementation of a knowledge management, information and communications strategy and the delivery of agreed programme results to inform of the successful implementation of the programme.
