The Knowledge Transfer Specialist articulates and implements a consistent and effective approach to capturing and transferring knowledge across all functional units at IIE. This individual follows trends in workplace pedagogy and implements methodologies most likely to promote knowledge transfer, sharing, and access to information at the Institute. The Specialist identifies optimal platforms or tools for promoting learning, and implements a process to ensure the effectiveness of educational approaches and tools. This individual delivers training on educational platforms and tools, and oversees adaptation of tools and approaches. The Specialist supports Knowledge Management Liaisons and communities of practice.
