Job Description
Experience in infrastructure development and finance in Africa will, be the lead
contact for the consultant team and be responsible for the overall delivery of the
reports. The candidate shall have an advanced degree (minimum Master’s Degree)
with specialisation in transport economics, urban planning/development and
international development or related field of study, and at least 15 years’ experience
ideally in a consulting capacity. Working knowledge in French is necessary.
